Registration and Cancellation Policies


Texas Cosmetology Continuing Education classes now available online.

Course Registration

Cosmetology Educators, Inc. requires all course registration to be in writing.  Course registration may be completed with a credit or debit card by calling our office (512-446-4601) or by cashier's check or money order through regular mail (CEdTx, 3856 CR 412, Rockdale, Texas 76567).

Full payment is due at the time of course registration. Forms of acceptable payment are credit card (by phone), cashier’s check or money order payable to CEdTx. Personal checks are not an acceptable form of payment. Any checks received will be returned and registration will not be accepted. Registration for each course will end three (3) days prior to the scheduled course date.

Cancellation Policies

Refunds - Cosmetology Educators, Inc. does not accept refund requests.

Tuition Credits- Cosmetology Educators, Inc. does accept tuition credit requests.

No Refunds or Tuition Credits– Cosmetology Educators, Inc. will not issue tuition credits under the following circumstances:

Cosmetology Educators, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at any time. Courses with less than 20 people prepaid ten (10) days prior to the scheduled course date may be cancelled or rescheduled. Tuition credits will be handled appropriately.

Continuing Education Guidelines

Cosmetology Educators, Inc. operates under approval by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as a Cosmetology Continuing Education Provider (#1319). Registrants will be required to meet each of the following guidelines in order for CEdTx to report continuing education (CE) hours to TDLR.
